Pier 1 Imports - Items never arrived

Ordered 2 chairs was told 3-5 days, 7 days passed and tracking still stuck on label created. UPS said never told to pick up, Pier 1 said they didn’t know why wasn’t shipped or where order was and couldn’t do anything online about it for another week. I want my $320 refunded but they refuse to cancel or refund!

Pier 1 Imports - Furniture is junk

We bought a sofa and a love seat. The love seat did not get a lot of use, but the sofa had myself and my husband on it nightly. The springs popped through the bottom and scratched our wood floors. We had to throw it out 6 mo this after purchasing.
