Defective product and returns due to our error
If there are mistakes with your order, or items arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by sending you replacement parts or accessories, replacing the item, or issuing you a refund. In such an event, there are no return shipping charges.
I do not want replacement parts. I want my money back, a full refund of $741.97 back to my credit card.
Pier1 is responsible for delivering the order and for customer satisfaction, Pier1 has failed both. The delivery of this order has been a complete disaster, a painful experience, and ordeal. Never an apology. Only vague replies with refusal to answer legitimate questions about the order never received. The most despicable customer service ever encountered.
This is a condominium building with three entrances (one of them with no steps, suitable for wheelchairs, carts, and dollies) and an elevator. There is no excuse for not delivering this order to the correct shipping address on the order.
According to delivery emails received, three different shipments were supposed to be delivered to 75 S Reynolds St. Apt 215. None of them were!
It's been almost two weeks with the torture of dealing with your unfriendly and incompetent customer service; continuous stressful and unsuccessful search resulting in only two boxes found, at two different facilities four blocks away from my physical shipping address.
The order was shipped to two different open unsecured locations supposedly in three shipments, from which only two have been recovered. I am returning those two boxes.
I have paid a big price for this order, physically, emotionally, and financially. I had to pay the transportation of the two boxes dumped by a lazy UPS carrier four blocks away from my actual shipping address, and I will have to pay to bring the two boxes to the UPS location for the return.
It's been almost two weeks with the torture of dealing with your unfriendly and incompetent customer service; continuous stressful and unsuccessful search resulting in only two boxes found, at two different facilities four blocks away from my physical shipping address.
I am 68 years old. This is elderly abuse. Your excuse that once delivered, there is nothing we can do is completely unacceptable.
I do not want your table. Email me the free return label. Refund my money back.

I struggled to collect the boxes to return the merchandise after they were dumped four blocks away from my shipping address.
I received two boxes. One flat box which appears to be the tabletop. One rectangular box that appears to be the pedestal.
The boxes are unopened in the same condition they were dumped by UPS. From the beginning of this ordeal, I decided not to open any boxes to return them.
I have not opened any packages. I no longer want to open the packages. I just want to return them for a full refund. I no longer want the item.
The boxes are in the same condition they were dumped at the wrong address. Pictures are attached.
Refund my money back. Send the free return label to send back your merchandise.
