Issue with order
Ive tried and tried to call to speak to someone regarding my order but ended up emailing about the table I ordered. The top of the table came broken and I received several emails wanting more info which I provided along with pictures.
I was told they would send a new table top but we have not received it. We started putting the chairs together and they do not fit together right, so at this time after all of this I would just like my money back. I do not have in faith in this company. Im very upset with what Ive received from Pier 1 and need a refund.

Complaint about Pier One Company
I have received items from Pier One that I ordered online. It is supposed to be a scented candle and I was going to use it for a special occasion.
However, it has absolutely no smell. I am very disappointed with this item and I am trying to get a return on two of the candles. I bought three I have burned one so I know that I cannot return tht. Total cost for both candles is $26.
I would
like $26 because this is false advertisement. I was going to use them for a special occasion and now they're useless to me. It is a nightmare trying to get a hold of them for a return. I have done everything that I can Now I'm turning to you because I am very very pissed.
Pissed customer sent me here and that's what I am pissed.
